What happens to your email

This page covers the email list on automatedpublishers.com. Last updated October 3, 2026.

What we collect

Your email address, your first name if you give it, and the time and network address of your sign-up and your confirmation click. We keep the last two as proof that you asked to join.

What we use it for

To send you the free tool you asked for, and short emails about publishing books on Amazon KDP, including our paid community and tools. We don't sell or rent your address to anyone.

Who handles it

The list runs on our own Listmonk server. Emails are delivered through Amazon Simple Email Service. The website runs on Cloudflare.

Leaving

Every email has an unsubscribe link that works in one click. To have your record deleted, write to automatedpublishershq@gmail.com and we'll remove it within 30 days.

The checker itself

The Pre-Flight checker runs on your own computer. It doesn't connect to the internet and never sends your manuscript anywhere.
